Um Al-Summaq... the area that shares its borders with the most prestigious and expensive neighborhoods of Amman!

Um Al-Summaq is distinguished for being one of the most upscale residential areas in Amman, with property prices competing with other luxurious areas in Amman such as Abdoun and Dabouq. Until the end of the 1990s, Um Al-Summaq was known for its villas. However, with the urban development, real estate investors began investing in luxurious apartment buildings, transforming Um Al-Summaq into a diverse residential area. At the same time, Um Al-Summaq is a significant commercial area and a major shopping hub in the capital Amman, due to the presence of two major malls, Mecca Mall and City Mall, in addition to its distinctive commercial market with major stores for construction materials, fittings, restaurants, and cafes.
