The location of Amra City - the new administrative city in Jordan is a strategic location within the borders of the capital Amman, as it is situated on two international roads: the Saudi road and the Iraq road. As for the capital Amman, it is 40 km away, 31 km from Zarqa city, and 27 km from Queen Alia International Airport.

 

The Time Frame of New Amra City 

In 2023, the comprehensive plan for Amman New City was completed. In 2025, work will begin on the first phase of the new city, and the year 2028 will be the date of completion of the government buildings, while the year 2030 will witness the completion of the work and the official opening of Amra City to residents and visitors.
